Filters: A Pre-Filter (captures majority of over spray) – ½” thick, a DOP Filter (95% efficient on particles >0.5 microns) - 1" thick, an Activated Carbon Filter (removes odors and VOCs) - ½” thick. HEPA Optional.

 

 

The model builder would also be thrilled to have this over-sized table mount spray booth because it also removes emissions from aerosols and airbrush paints. The variable speed, powerful high flow fan ( 0 to 450 CFM) created negative pressure inside the enclosure thereby capturing all toxic, smelly and flammable hazardous gases that are produced by different applications, including light spray painting, aerosol sprays, epoxy over-spray, touch-up painting, conformal coating fumes and a variety of other processes that release aerosol particles and odor, and expelles clean air from the back.

• The system comes standard with 2 custom internal filters: A Pre-filter and an Activated Carbon filter that will contain and remove all hazardous particles and unwanted odors.

 

The system is therefore Ductless and requires no external venting. This makes it an optimal solution for indoor environments where table top space near a window or doorway is not possible.

 

Finally, THE CREATION STATION folds flat (5 to 6" high) and can be easily carried in the provided bag.

All we ask is that you first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our Customer Service Group and pay for the return shipping cost (Insured). All items must be returned and in the original packaging with no damage.
